Refund Policy


  1. reserves the right to reject an order request / refund request or an Exchange request. 
  2.  Customer is requested to make a missing item or partial receipt item or damaged item request withing 4 hours of receipt of shipment.  On a ‘Return the Item’ decision by the customer, it should be done in 2 days’ time after the purchase.  The return policy has the following conditions:
  3.  All returned items must be in the same conditions as it was sold/delivered. Original packing and all materials therein including warranty card, leaflets, accessories and free items, manuals etc. should be returned in the original condition.  
  4.  Item(s) must be complete, unused, and must be in a NEW condition as received.
  5.  Must return the original invoice also.  Defective products require a detailing of the defect along with the item.  You may use a separate sheet of paper if required to do so.  Do not write or put any mark on original box or packing or the manuals – because it may go to another customer in case of no problem detected after return.  
  6.  It is the responsibility of customer to return the Item at our Show Room / Agent’s place by themselves or by a Courier.  Payment of the same is also to the customer’s account.
  7. Refund(s) will be processed after finding the item is in ‘acceptable condition’ by our representative.  
  8.  Return or exchange of the products is restricted within the first two days of the date of delivery according to the terms given herein. All requests for exchange and returns must be accompanied by the documents and items mentioned in above.
  9.  Refunds will be processed through the Original Mode of Payment only.
  10. Refunds does not include delivery and shipping charges.
